TAMBULIG,
Zamboanga del Sur (June 19, 2018) - A
teacher was arrested by operatives of Tambulig Municipal Police Station (MPS)
in a police operation (Service of Arrest Warrant) at Purok 3, Barangay Happy Valley,
Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 10:00 AM of June 18, 2018.
Tambulig MPS identified the accused as
Marlita Caralos Apa, 59 years old, married, teacher, and resident of Purok 2,
Barangay Cabgan, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur.
She was arrested by virtue of two
Warrant of Arrest:
1). For Violation of Section 77 of PD
705 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial
Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. The case docketed under Criminal
Case No. 2018-10-3493 dated 27 April 2018 with bail bond recommended of forty
thousand pesos (PHP 40,000.00).
2).for violation of Malicious Mischief
docketed under Criminal Case Number 3119, dated 11 June 2018, issued by Hon.
Carol M Morales, Presiding Judge of 1st MTC, 9th Judicial Region of Tambulig,
Zamboanga del Sur with bail bond recommended of Two Thousand Pesos (PHP 2,
000.00) for her temporary liberty.
She is now temporary detained at
Tambulig MPS detention cell awaiting court disposition.
