TAMBULIG, Zamboanga del Sur (Jan. 5,2019) – One person was wounded inStabbing incident transpired at Public Market, Poblacion, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur at about 6:30 PM of January 4, 2019.
The victim was identified as Johnny Berdaga Corales, 38 years old, male, married, farmer and resident of Purok 4, Barangay Sta Cruz, Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, while suspect was identified as Roldan Ramirez Y Malhin “a.k.a.” Dandan, resident of P-5, Barangay Happy Valley, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur.
Initial investigation disclosed that victim was stabbed by the above-mentioned suspect using hunting knife and sustained three (3) stabbed wounds on his body and was rushed to Happy Valley Community Hospital, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur and subsequently transferred to MHARS General Hospital in Ozamiz City for further medical treatment.
The suspect fled towards Barangay Limamaan, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur.
