Joint PNP personnel of Tambulig MPS, Zamboanga del Sur and Lala MPS, Lala,
Lanao del Norte arrested rape suspect during the conduct of police operation on
Most Wanted Person Top Number 8 (Lala MPS) at Barangay New Village,Tambulig,
Zamboanga del Sur at about 2:30pm October 29, 2018.
The
operating team identified the arrested as Tandos Logan y Hase, 67 years old,
married, farmer, a resident of P-6, Barangay Sta. Cruz, Lower, Lala, Lanao del
Norte.
The
accused was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for crime of Rape, with
criminal case number 21-3866 issued by Hon. Alberto P Quinto, Presiding Judge,
RTC of 12th Judicial Region, Branch 21, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte issued on
November 29, 2017 with no bail bond recommended.
The
arrested subject person is now under custody of Tambulig MPS for proper
disposition.
